BOYANG series motor products. The connection dimension can be exchangeable with Reda products, the ratings shown in this catalogue are based on 100% motor load with 250℉(120℃).The structure is enhanced through the anti-spin rotor bearing and the high strength shaft. The features of product are high performance and reliable operation with complete varieties. MH series ratings shown in this catalogue are based on 100% motor load with 300℉(150℃). Besides an extension of M series motors, the overall performance is improved thanks to Class H insulation varnish, high quality silicon steel lamination, PTFE high temperature slot liner, Nomex wedge slot, Nomex inter-phase and end insulation, high temperature thrust bearing, viton O-ring(180℃)., high temperature motor oil.
BOYANGD562 series products are optimized with international advanced design technique beside courtesy of BOYANG and BOYANG-G series motor hereinbefore. Based on big diameter design, 562 series has features with high power and efficiency, is fit for mating with large flow pump. 120℃ and 150℃ well temperature motors are available by improving pump performance and reliable operation, lower customers’ pump running cost. This product has good competition in market.
YQY2107 series motors is new generation of old YQY107. Improved 107 motor has features with big starting torque and reliable operation. They can be exchanged with general products by using 456 series tape-in little flat cable.
BOYANG456-F and BOYANG540-F are four-pole motors and designed for ESPCP. This motor realizes the real four-pole rotation speed by changing pole-pair number of stator and rotor and stator wound type to change motor pole number.
BOYANG456-L motors are manufactured based on early REDA technique. They have been proven reliable in field performance. BOYANG456-L motors are two-pole, three-phase, squirrel-cage induction type, applied to 90 ℃ well temperature, and they are filled with special motor oil to provide dielectric strength, lubrication for bearings and thermal conductivity. Heat generated by the motor is transferred to the well fluid as it flows by the motor housing. Anti-rotating bearing is used in BOYANG456-L motor. The self-locking design avoids the appearance of copper chips during operation to make the motor more reliable. BOYANG456-L motor can be connected to SLB downhole monitoring equipments as the connection dimensions are the same.
BOYANG456-L tape-in and plug-in motor is used for cold region. This product is designed based on BOYANG456-L, lowest environment temperature is -40℃, and applied for Russia market successfully.
A series motor is corrosion-resistant coatings construction, can be used CO2, H2S and other corrosive environments.
