Description
The hardware equipment of the submersible electric pump well health monitoring system includes: downhole sensors, surface high-voltage cabinets, and surface display unit.
HMCC DHG600 is an advanced pump monitoring system. The DHG600 is designed to mount at the base of the ESP/ESPCP motor, gathering pressure, temperature and vibration data, and send this information to the surface via the power cable.
HMCC DHG700 is an advanced pump monitoring system, with discharge monitoring capabilities. A hydraulic line connection is used to link to DHG700 gauge that is mounted to the pump discharge sub. The DHG700 is designed to mount at the base of the ESP/ESPCP motor, gathering pressure, temperature and vibration data, and send this information to the surface via the power cable.
The signal of the downhole sensor is transmitted to the surface through the motor high-voltage cable and connected to the surface high-voltage cabinet. The surface high-voltage cabinet has a built-in choke, which can withstand 5000VAC voltage impact and can work normally under most of the power supply voltage environment. The chokes high-voltage alternating current and only allows low-voltage to pass. Make the sensor signal and high-voltage signal separated.
The display module communicates with the surface high-voltage cabinet through DH+/-cable. Through the APP software, a high degree of visualization function can be achieved, making the operation of on-site personnel more flexible and intuitive. In addition, the surface display module also has a built-in SIM card, which can remotely transmit the collected data to the remote monitoring center.
